For Speakers:
- A laptop will be available and speakers are encouraged to upload their talks prior to the session using USB memory
- Speakers also have the option to use their own laptops
- Standard video-adapters and laser pointers will be available at the conference room
- If you have an plenary or invited talk, please leave 3-5 minutes for questions
- If you have a contributed talk, please leave at least 2-3 minutes for questions
For Posters:
- Poster format is A0 portrait (max 90 cm width) or smaller
- Scotch tape and/or needles will be available in the poster session to attach the posters
- Posters should be displayed throughout the Neutron Week (Lunch 29/5 -> Lunch 31/5)
